 Welcome To Our Sangha

Sangha is a group of people who are committed to practicing together and becoming "spiritual family."  Everyone is welcome to attend, experienced pactitioners and those new to meditation.  There are many forms of Buddhist practice spanning many different traditions.  Our sangha practices mindfulness based on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, Vietnamese Zen monk and poet.  His teachings encourage us to dwell happily in the present moment.  By practicing mindfulness, we develop the innate ability we all possess to be calm, to live in the present moment, and to experience the wonders of life.  Mindfulness practice is a simple and effectice method of transforming our anger, confusion and distress into peace, joy and understanding.
